Fall is here! My favorite time of year. Art fair season is officially over, and with that a shift from focusing on action to self-reflection. This year I’ve started something new; a journal to write down the positive things that happen during the week. I’ve noticed a bit of pessimism sneaking into my life that has burrowed its way into just about everything I do. While I can’t control what happens in life, I can control how I view it. This practice has helped me to shift my mindset from “what’s wrong” to “what’s going well!” I think this season of change is the perfect time to make some personal changes, reflect on the past year, and focus on self-improvement.
What’s New?

First month of the Postcard Print Club
I’ve sent out the first letters for my postcard print club! If you missed my last email, I’m starting something new to help me spend less time online (and on my phone) while still sharing my art. Every other month, I’ll be mailing a physical letter with updates and a personal reflection on one of my paintings. I’ll also be including a postcard sized art print. It’s free to join, November letters are already out, but if you’d like to join for January just reply to this email!
Artwork Spotlight
This is my painting titled Renewing Flower. It was the art print sent out with my Postcard Print Club this month.
Shedding its dying petals to make way for the new, this flower highlights the need for constant self-renewal.
16x20in Acrylic on Canvas. 7/8in deep.
Have a Happy Thanksgiving!
